We are pleased to offer Seine River Shepherds 100% Wool Felt Vests.
Seine River Shepherds is a 200 acre family-run sheep farm located along the Seine River just east of the village of Ste. Anne, Manitoba. Pasturing their sheep during the summer months and making wool felt during the cold Manitoba winter months, the folks at Seine River Shepherds farm make wool garments that combine eye appeal with rugged function and durability. Learn more about them in our blog, Seine River Shepherds Come to the Mill.
The vests are offered in Grey Shale Stone and White Canadian Silhouette. They have a long back with two front patch pockets and can be ordered with or without a hood. I love my Seine River Shepherds 100% Wool Felt Vest. It’s both beautiful and practical . In the fall it provides perfectly comfortable warmth, under a wind breaker jacket, or just over a long sleeve shirt, depending on the weather. In the winter it provides the same cozy comfort as a down filled vest, under a parka, without the bulk. It’s also nice to wear around the house on cooler evenings. I’ve had mine for a couple seasons now, and I appreciate it more each year.
